Project Summary

To assist Victorian Institute of Teaching in managing workflows and confidential data, Dilignet implemented SharePoint Online based content management solution. Dilignet created SharePoint site collection, setup document libraries and configured workflows. Dilignet also configured Azure Rights Management and setup information rights management policy.

The solution was made available on both computers and mobile devices with the customised information right management settings such as:
• “Time bombed – date and time” documents for downloads
• Documents can be collaborated or marked up with version control.
• Documents when they are uploaded need to notify the administrator

The challenge was creating information architecture that was user friendly and had an intuitive interface despite the complex Information Right Management requirements provided by VIT. Dilignet created a responsive design and simplified document management lifecycle for ease of use.

As a result, VIT has a scalable solution that meets security and compliance requirements while ensuring unified policies are applied across every workload and every device. By doing so, VIT is not at risk of leaking confidential company data.
